Dutch Baby
Ingredients
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Melt butter. Whip eggs until frothy. Mix in the milk. Whip in the flour, then the melted butter. Put mixture in a 3- 4 quart pan. Bake for 20 -25 minutes. The result will look like a big fluffy pancake. Cut it up and eat with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
