- 2 apples, preferably Gala or Fuji (juicy)
- ½ large lemon
- 1 large beetroot
- Prepare the beetroot by scrubbing vigorously and slicing off the fibrous stalk
- Washing and chop the apples into appropriately sized pieces (depends on opening size of your juicer).
- Skin the lemon by shaving off the peel with a knife. Cut into proper size.
- Juice beet according to your juicer's instructions.
- Follow with apple, then lemon.
- Mix with a straw in a glass, and enjoy!
