Green Chile Quiche

Ingredients

1 pie shell, partially baked
2/3 cup jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup green chilies, seeded and diced
1 1/2 cups of half and half
4 eggs
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Place jack cheese in pie shell. Distribute chilies over cheese. Beat the half and half, eggs and salt together until blended and pour it into the shell. Sprinkle the cheddar on top and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
