By Marlana Jean Shile

This is a great after-school snack or dessert treat. Unlike a big bowl of ice-cream, this milkshake is low in sodium
and fat.

Ingredients
6 frozen strawberries, chopped
1 medium banana
1/2 cup soymilk
1 cup fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
2 fresh strawberries, sliced

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, banana, soymilk and frozen yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
