Mandor (Korean Won Ton)

Ingredients

1 lb of ground beef
1 lb canned sauerkraut, squeezed dry
1 lb bean sprouts (chop fine)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons roasted sesame oil (brown)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
2 packages egg roll skins or 4 packages won ton skins

Directions

Brown and drain beef. Chop all vegetables. Mix all ingredients well. Stuff skins, and pan fry, deep fry or boil them in chicken broth.
