    Mango Magic

    Ingredients

    1 cup chopped *(frozen) mango
    1 cup milk
    1 tbs. brown sugar

    Directions

    Place all ingredients in a blender or Cuisinart. Mix until it is a thick, yellowy liquid substance.

    When you share this smoothie with a friend, it counts as one serving of fruit for each of you. The Food Pyramid suggests 2 to 4 servings of fruit each day.
