Three Salubrious, Scrumptious Smoothies
Banana Peach Fusion

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 peach
- 1 1/2 cups sugar-free soymilk
- 2/3 cups sugar-free, fat-free plain yogurt
- Peel and chop the banana into cubes. Add into blender.
- Remove stone from the peach and slice into quarters. Add into blender.
- Add the yogurt and soymilk.
- Whiz in blender until smooth. Enjoy!

Mixed Berry Mélange

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar-free soymilk or fat free milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 to 3 tbsp honey (if preferred)
- Pour the frozen berries into the blender.
- Chop the banana into inch-long segments and add to berries.
- Tip the milk or soymilk into the blender.
- Squeeze the lemon directly into the mix, or juice separately and add.
- Whiz in the blender until smooth. Enjoy!

Pineapple, Melon, Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1/4 yellow melon
- 1 banana
- Remove skin from pineapple and seeds and rind from melon.
- Juice the previous two fruits and transfer the juice to a blender.
- Chop banana into chunks and place into same blender.
- Whiz until the mixture is smooth. Enjoy!
