Strawberry Banana Milkshake

This is a great after-school snack or dessert treat. Unlike a big bowl of ice-cream, this milkshake is low in sodium
6 frozen strawberries, chopped
1 medium banana
1/2 cup soymilk
1 cup fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
2 fresh strawberries, sliced
- In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, banana, soymilk and frozen yogurt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall and serve immediately.
