Glazed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
6 sweet potatoes (all same size)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons chopped nuts
3 tablespoons chopped raisins
1/2 cup butter
Directions
Broil or bake the potatoes. Peel them and lay them in a large baking dish. Mix sugar, cinnamon, nuts and raisins, and sprinkle over top. Dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes, leaving the dish covered for the first 20 minutes.
