Ingredients

1 package wheat germ (at least 2 cups)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a large bowl, use the back of a spoon to combine 1 cup wheat germ with remaining ingredients until well-mixed. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of wheat germ onto wax paper. With your hands, shape balls the size of 1/2 teaspoon and roll balls until they are completely covered with wheat germ. Sprinkle more wheat germ on the wax paper as necessary. The recipe should make about 70 balls. Refrigerate if desired.
