Cognitive Therapy Group

Time: Monday, 5:30-7 p.m.

Facilitator: Joyce Brothers Kart, MFT or Susan McKenzie, LCSW

This group is for people who have previously completed the cognitive training group "Mind Over Mood" and are interested in further development of the cognitive therapy methods. Participants are asked to make an 8 week commitment. Goals of the group are to:

  • Deepen the use of cognitive tools in a supportive environment

  • Problem solve issues with cognitive skills

  • Reinforce use of the thought record
  • Affirm new core beliefs
  • Gain support, understanding and confidence

Cost: $45 per meeting
