Group Information

Time: Thursday every other week, 3 to 4 p.m.

Facilitator: Scott Granet, LCSW

This group is designed to provide support and treatment for people who have been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or one of the related spectrum disorders. Primary emphasis is on cognitive behavioral treatment, especially exposure-and-response prevention exercises, considered to be the most effective form of treatment for the disorder. Generally, the group consists of between five and eight participants.
