Ongoing Men's Group

A therapy group dedicated to the exploration and resolution of self and interpersonal difficulties common to men. Treatment goals are to increase self awareness and understanding, and to qualitatively improve relationships with others, particularly life's closest relationships.

The group utilizes group process, psychodynamic, cognitive, and supportive treatment techniques and emphasizes experiential learning, self understanding, and adaptive personal and interpersonal change to achieve group members goals.

The group is limited to eight members over age 35.

Time: Monday, 5:30 p.m.
