Teen Therapy Group

Time: Thursday, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Facilitators: Joyce Brothers Kart, MFT or Gina Earle, LCSW

An ongoing co-ed support group for high school adolescents (13 to 18 years). Group members need to make a minimum commitment of at least eight weeks and talk with the group facilitator before the first session. There will be a fee for missed appointments.

Topics include:

  • Understanding your own behavior
  • Coping with anxiety and depression

  • Communicating effectively with peers and adults

  • Achieving your goals

  • Handling stress at school and at home

  • Becoming your own person
