Young Adult Group (College Age)

A therapeutic support group for college students or potential students looking to master the challenges of transitions during young adulthood. Emphasis is placed on improvements coping with relationships, career, study skills and family issues. This group is appropriate for patients with adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression and ADHD.

Goals of the group:

  • Improve awareness of who you are, who you want to be and how to manage daily priorities.
  • Identify how issues may hold you back, including study skills.
  • Explore feelings and struggles regarding intimate relationships.
Time: Monday, 5:00 p.m. ongoing
