Haideh V. Plock, MSPT, OCS, ATC, FAAOMPT
Haideh V. Plock, MSPT, OCS, ATC, FAAOMPT, received her master's degree in physical therapy from Boston University in 1993 after receiving her bachelor's degree in kinesiology and psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1991. She then worked for more than 10 years for the world-renowned Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic (KJOC) in Los Angeles. While with KJOC, Haideh specialized in orthopedic- and sports-related injuries. She completed the Kaiser Hayward Physical Therapy Fellowship in Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2002 and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).
She currently serves as the president of the Institute for the Advancement of Orthopedic Physical Therapy and nominating committee chairman for the AAOMPT. Haideh was director of Emerald Bay Physical Therapy in Lake Tahoe for more than two years prior to joining the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) as manager of the Department of Physical Therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, waterskiing and playing beach volleyball.
