David Druker, M.D.
David Druker, M.D., is chief executive officer of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) and a member of the PAMF’s Board of Trustees. Formerly, he served as PAMF’s chief operating officer (1994-1999) and executive director of the Palo Alto Medical Clinic (1989-1995), and was a member of the Clinic’s Executive Board (1979-1995). He serves as the regional executive officer of the Sutter Health Peninsula-Coastal Service Area and is a member of the Sutter System Management Team. He also serves as a clinical assistant professor of dermatology at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Dr. Druker is a board-certified dermatologist. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine after receiving his undergraduate degree in economics at Harvard College. He completed an internship and residency in dermatology at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, and a residency at the University of Oregon School of Medicine.
Dr. Druker is a trustee of the California Medical Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a member of the American College of Physician Executives, the Santa Clara County Medical Society, the California Medical Association and the American Medical Association. He has also served in leadership roles in many other medical associations and societies, and has written numerous papers on dermatology and medical administration.
