Continuing Our Tradition of Research Excellence
The mission of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) Research Institute is to be a center of excellence for biomedical, clinical, health care and public health research, as well as research training. We strive to improve health and health care in our community and around the world.
Who We Are
The PAMF Research Institute was created in 1950 as a center for clinical research. From a converted Victorian house in downtown Palo Alto, it has grown to a state-of-the-art research facility. Here its tradition of excellence continues.
