Working at the PAMF Research Institute
Since its beginning, the Palo Alto Medical Foundation Research Institute (PAMFRI) has attracted a wide variety of passionate people interested in studying all aspects of medicine and health care in a real-world setting.
PAMFRI participates in the distinguished AcademyHealth Delivery System Science Fellows (DSSF) program each year. Please visit AcademyHealth's website in early Spring 2014 for information about the 2014 program.
PAMFRI and the Palo Alto Medical Foundation are a part of Sutter Health and follow its online job application process to ensure every application is evaluated promptly and fairly. To identify PAMFRI opportunities, please access our online application system and search for “research.”
You may also leave an application without identifying a specific job listing.
Training and Fellowships
In addition to staff positions, PAMFRI supports a number of postdoctoral fellows in research each year. Fellows may have a wide variety of backgrounds, ranging from medicine to economics, from sociology to anthropology. The training program typically begins in July.
PAMFRI has been a participant in the Delivery System Science Fellowship (DSSF) program administered by Academy Health. For information on the DSSF, see www.academyhealth.org/careercenter
