The goal of this project is to evaluate implementation of a continuous process improvement approach called “Lean” to improve health care quality and reduce costs. The evaluation assesses Lean processes and impacts on cost, clinical, and operational outcomes, and also involves qualitative analysis of organizational change across the delivery system.
