The Research Institute's Finance Department is responsible for financial monitoring and accounting functions for all federal, state, university and other competitive grants, which provide a major portion of the Research Institute's operating funds. In addition, the Finance Department provides the treasury function for the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF).
