The Research Institute's Information Technology (IT) group is coordinated through the Engineering Department. Research Employees are on either the PAMF or PAMFRI network. The IT groups maintain the network and assist in all aspects of personal workstation usage.

For all other Research Institute network problems, contact riengineering@pamf.org so we can assist the PAMF network employees in solving your particular problem. If you need to have a computer or user added to the network, please contact riengineering@pamfri.org to facilitate these requests.

If you have any IT requests for the PAMFRI network, please fill out a Work Request Form (located outside the Facilities office on LLA), call the Work Request Line at (650) 853-6665, or email riengineering@pamfri.org.
