Community Advisory Committee
Fact Sheet

The San Carlos Community Advisory Committee (CAC) was formed in 2003 to provide community input on the Palo Alto Medical Foundation's (PAMF) proposed San Carlos Center, a medical campus planned for 301 Industrial Road in San Carlos.

The volunteer committee is comprised of 19 community members with diverse backgrounds who are interested in the future medical center’s role in meeting the health care needs of the community.

The CAC plays a crucial role on the project by being out in the community talking to residents about the proposed San Carlos Center. Community feedback is delivered back to PAMF and questions raised about the project are answered. Community input helps PAMF better understand and respond to the health care concerns of local residents.
