    What will we answer?

    We answer: We don't answer:
    • New questions that have not been asked by someone else
    • General questions about physical or mental health
    • Suicide questions (We do not have the resources to respond to suicide questions. Call 1-800-SUICIDE for immediate assistance. Help is available 24 hours a day.)
    • Specific health questions --questions that require a doctor's examination. For example, bumps, lumps, rashes or dots on the skin need to be examined to determine what it might be.
