Mindful Eating Tips
Practice mindful eating, and enjoy your food fully. Use all your senses to focus on: appearance, scent, texture in your mouth to enhance the experience.
- Chew thoroughly and take your time eating.
- Eat without distraction and at a table:
- No TV, computer, work or unpleasant dinner conversation
- Your appetite varies daily, so only eat until you are satisfied. Don't try to force yourself to eat if you are no longer hungry.
