The Palo Alto Medical Foundation's (PAMF) Community Health Resource Centers (CHRC) are located at the Palo Alto Clinic, Fremont Center and Dublin Center. Registered nurse health educators and trained volunteers are available to help visitors use the health centers' many resources to find reliable health information. The Centers are open to PAMF patients and members of the community, and services are provided at no cost.
