The Palo Alto Medical Foundation’s Sports Medicine Department is located in the new three-story, 41,000-square-foot Clark Building behind the main clinic. This state-of-the-art facility features advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, allowing our physicians to provide expert care to thousands of active adults and young people.

The Sports Medicine Department also offers specialized sports medicine diagnosis and treatment at PAMF’s clinics in Fremont, Los Altos, Redwood Shores and Sunnyvale.

When inpatient surgery is required to repair an athletic injury, our physicians use Stanford University Hospital and the Recovery Inn of Menlo Park. Outpatient procedures are performed at the Surgecenter, located on the main PAMF campus in Palo Alto.

The Sports Medicine Department also works closely with local athletic trainers and physical therapists to ensure patients continue to receive high-quality care and rehabilitation after initial treatment.
