    What is Dental Health?

A healthy mouth is vital to your overall health. While brushing is one of the easiest parts of dental health, there is far more to dental health than brushing your teeth. You should also floss regularly, eat a healthy diet, and visit your dentist regularly. As a teen, you probably have all your permanent teeth. Some of you won't grow your final teeth, your wisdom teeth, until after college. Once all your teeth are grown, you should have a total of 32 permanent teeth that help you chew, talk, and smile.
