    Boxers or Briefs?

Testicles were meant to stay a degree or two cooler than the body temperature, which is the reason they hang below the body. With that in mind, wearing boxers allows better cooling and air flow and avoids irritation and moisture.

In the large spectrum of habits that impact health, however, choosing between boxers and briefs is a non-issue. If you want healthy "boy parts," then focus on the health habits that really improve your overall health:

    • Exercise.

    • Keep up an active social life (with face to face interaction, not just online interaction) with friends and family members of all ages.

    • Mind your letters: A, B, C: Abstinence until you are truly ready for the responsibility of a sexual relationship; if sexually active Be faithful; use a Condom.

    • Read, think and talk: exercise your mind.

    • Limit the amount of time you spend with electronic entertainment.
