    Healthy Snack Ideas

    Healthy snacks between meals are a great way to stay energized, and they keep your brain and body healthy and functioning. Whether it is before dinner, after practice or between classes, an attack of the munchies can lead you running to the nearest bag of chips. But before giving in to the temptations of grease and artificial flavoring, check out these healhy snack ideas as tasty alternatives:

    • Grapes (fresh or frozen)
