    Side Effects

    Most women do not have problems with side effects while taking fulvestrant. When side effects happen, they are typically mild and may include:

    • Nausea or vomiting.
    • Constipation or diarrhea.
    • Abdominal (belly) pain.
    • Headache.
    • Back pain.
    • Hot flashes.
    • Sore throat.
