    Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem

Being a teen is not always easy. A teen is somewhere between a child and an adult, and gets treated as both (usually at the wrong time). Adolescence is a time of physical, emotional, intellectual and social change.

With that change comes stress and anxiety -- but most of these feelings change frequently. If a teen stays depressed or anxious for more than a few weeks, or even when there is not an obvious cause of the emotion, it is time to get help. Call a counselor or doctor for support. No one should deal with intense emotions alone.
