We define ourselves by how we think, feel, and behave. We may refer to ourselves as outgoing, funny, shy, artsy, and/or smart. Everyone has quirks, bad days, and situations that irritate them.
Sometimes, these quirks and pet peeves turn into behavior that is chronically inflexible, dysfunctional, and antisocial. People with these traits may have a mood or personality disorder.
