The Fremont Urgent Care Center of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) provides high-quality, prompt, medical care for both children and adults.
PAMF Fremont Urgent Care offers a faster, convenient and more economical alternative to going to a hospital emergency room for minor, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Our doctors and nurses work closely as a team to care for each patient.
We offer care to PAMF and non-PAMF patients, including insured patients and uninsured patients who wish to pay for services with cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. We accept most insurance plans.

Our board certified pediatricians, family medicine physicians and internists treat patients of all ages. Visits do not require a physician referral.

No Appointment Necessary
We offer same-day care for adults and children. This is a convenient service if your primary care physician is temporarily unavailable. All patients are referred back to their primary care physician for follow-up care to ensure continuity of care. If you do not have a primary care physician we can assist you in selecting one.

If an appointment is preferred, we are now accepting adult same day appointments Tuesday through Thursday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. To schedule an appointment call (510) 498-2800.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard, and co-payments from most HMO, PPO and insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicare HMOs.
