About the Program
5210 Numbers to Live By is a program supported by the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) and El Camino Hospital (ECH) to improve the health of children and their families using a social marketing message to encourage children to eat fruits and vegetables, participate in active play, reduce screen time and eliminate consumption of sugary beverages.
